The Joseph Factor Group's Senior Associate Leads Workshop At The Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution 2018 Annual Conference, Greenbelt, MD

On June 21-22, 2018, The Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution hosted their annual conference 2018 Annual Conference entitled “Managing Conflict and Removing Barriers to Collaborative Decision Making.” During the conference, Anthony Bobo, Jr. (Senior Associate, The Joseph Factor Group) facilitated a workshop entitled "G.P.S.- Helping Leadership Navigate Conflict Intentionally.” Anthony shared the concept of G.P.S.- a method of stepping leaders through a logical framework leading to resolution in the heat of conflict.
